The free shipping option on our website is only applicable to products listed on our site, in stock and ready to ship (not applicable for framed prints or custom print orders as these are quoted differently)
Orders will be carefully packaged using appropriate protective packaging and shipped using Australia Post standard shipping. Express shipping is available at the checkout. During Covid-19 shipping may take longer than normal and express shipping may not be quicker than standard shipping.
For in store collection option, photographic prints are printed on order and will be ready for pick up on two business days. If you would like your print framed, please email to arrange this and allow up to seven working days. For all other orders that are in stock, they will be available for pick up the next business day.
For Esperance town locals we are happy to deliver to your door, please choose the delivery option in the shipping section (this option will appear if you are within our delivery circle. We deliver after our closing time in the afternoon Monday to Friday and will message or call before we arrive to ensure you are home)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or store credit (minus shipping cost for store credit if free shipping was included with your purchase); a refund will only be issued if the product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. (Please choose your photograph carefully as a change of mind or choosing the wrong image or size once it is shipped is non exchangeable)
All return shipping costs is the customer's responsibility.
Sheepskin boots may be returned for exchange of a different size as long as they have not been worn and the tags are still in place. Return shipping costs back to us & return to you for an exchange in size is the customer's responsibility.
If you choose in store collection and you are not local to Esperance you will be invoiced for the shipping cost separately prior to your items being shipped. If you are not local to Esperance but you're passing through and can pick up in store, please let us know in the notes section so we don't invoice you.
International customers are responsible for any VAT, import or duty taxes payable in their country. (International shipping is currently disabled due to COVID-19, we will offer this service again once the pandemic is over)
For Perth WA customers who would like a print framed, please email us for a quote for your chosen print to be made and sent to Perth, with collection from Maddington (a delivery fee applies as framed prints require specialist care)
