Print information

We use the Ilford Galerie Prestige paper range; our paper of choice is Smooth Pearl. Ilford Galerie Smooth Pearl paper features the very latest HDR (High Dynamic Range) optically clear nanoporous coating and coupled with recent advancements in nanoporous inkjet receiving layer design, makes this the reference media for producing images with superb clarity, high sharpness and excellent colour gamut.

The high-density heavyweight base and smooth pearl finish not only eliminates glare and fingerprints but with its natural photographic white tint, produces prints with the true look and feel of a photograph. For outstanding imaging performance, combined with the benefit of “touch dry” from the printer, this pearl surface media is the choice of professionals.

All our prints are handled with extreme care, they are all hand signed no matter what size and we protect them using acid free tissue paper. Once rolled the prints are packaged into a hard cardboard mailing tube and we recommend that you do not unroll the print until it is to be framed.

Shipping information

Free standard shipping Australia wide for orders $150 and over (excluding framed prints which need to be ordered in store or via email) 

Flat rate shipping and express shipping available for under $150 orders. 

International orders will incur a fixed rate of up to $90 AUD depending on order total. (This option is currently disabled due to COVID-19, we MAY offer this service again once the pandemic is over) Any taxes or customs fees outside of Australia are the customers responsibility to pay.  We are unable to ship to the UK due to the VAT collection that were are finding difficult to work out how to do.

Orders will be carefully packaged using appropriate protective packaging and shipped using Australia Post standard shipping. Priority shipping can be arranged, please use our “contact us” page to get started.

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Sheepskin boots may be returned for exchange of a different size as long as they have not been worn and the tags are still in place; all return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility. 


Product Availability

Our in store POS is no longer connected to our online store.  We do our best to keep inventory updated on our website, however cross over may occur where we sell an item in store and have not had a chance to update on the website.  We will contact you and offer another product or a refund where we cannot supply a product you have ordered. We will not process your payment until we have confirmed your products are in stock and ready to ship.
