In camera it is quite easy to lose the scale of just how big Frenchman is, by placing a tree in the foreground, as similar with some of my other Frenchman images, it maintains the scale of the mountain. This image was captured at a time to take advantage of the stunning wildflower show that happens annually in the area, I was lucky enough to find a nice little cluster of flowers to use as a foreground.
